Thor-Erik Gulliksen was a mentor to a student organization in the «Form i Fritid» in the period from August 2010 to March 2011.
He guided us through the whole process in the development of the student organization of recreational Form. It gave us an continuous progress in all aspects of business from the business plan, presentation and employees.
He has a unique ability to bring out the best qualities of the individual and guide the individual achieve success in their tasks. Thor-Erik’s enthusiasm and versatile knowledge resulted in that we came in third place in the county championship for the Graduate Programme in Oslo.

Public Speaker about «Dream Team» and training in public speaking
«Tillitsmannsordningen» in the Norwegian Armed Forces at the Defense Council (VPR) has used Gulliksen to train area representatives in the first service and are very pleased with the implementation.
Gulliksen has a very good ability to make good contact with course participants and achieve personal contact with all. The implementation of the course and its content is professional and our experience is that the course participants are left with new knowledge that can make them better speakers.

Campus Kristiania is a university college in Oslo, Norway. They offer a wide range of studies to more than 7 000 students every year, making them one of the largest educational institutions in Norway.
One of the many challenges students face during their studies is how to meet up with relevant business’ in their field, and how to align their knowledge and competence to the requirements of their future employers. By using a Mentorprogram framework, Campus Kristiania gained great results.
Thor Erik managed their first Mentor program in 2007-2008.

As a result of the first Mentorprogram, Campus Kristiania are planning a second program starting fall 2009. Trainifique is actively taking part in this process.
