Hi, I’m Thor-Erik Gulliksen — a mentor, entrepreneur, author, keynote speaker, and an unshakable optimist.
At my core, I’m simply a boy from Porsgrunn with a deep passion for people and their growth.
My Story
My journey started early. At nine, I created and sold my own comic books. Soon after, scouting and music filled my life, giving me my first leadership experiences.
By 14, I was already teaching others, elected to leadership roles, and discovering how much I loved guiding people.
Music gave me discipline, teamwork, and creativity. Mentoring gave me purpose.
Discovering Mentorship
In 1999, through my work with Junior Chamber International, I was introduced to mentorship programs. I was fascinated — and quickly designed my very first one.
More than 20 years later, I have developed and led numerous mentorship programs, with thousands of participants across different industries and stages of life.
